Single
Stage Venturi Generators - These single stage
units have a maximum capacity of 50 l/min free
air flow with a final vacuum level of 150mbar(a). They
are primarily used directly on the vacuum cup to enable quick
evacuation and lift of the object to be handled. Manufactured
in Aluminium with an anodised finish.

Single Stage Venturi
Generators With Ejector - These
single stage units have a maximum capacity of 38 l/min free
air flow with a final vacuum level of 270mbar(a). They
are used directly on the vacuum cup to enable quick evacuation
and when the compressed air to the unit is turned off, a compressed
air reservoir will eject the object that is being held.
Ideal for very quick production cycles.

Two
Stage Venturi Generators - These double stage
units offer the user a high vacuum flow with lower compressed
air consumption. A maximum flow rate of 137 l/min with
a final vacuum level of 150mbar(a). These units are complete
with a silencer and vacuum gauge. They also have an extra
port for connection of an ancillary device such as a vacuum
switch for example.

|
|
Three Stage Venturi
Generators - These
units have a three stage venturi. Consequently the vacuum
flow is increased as is the final vacuum level, but the compressed
air consumption is greatly reduced compared to other styles
of vacuum generator. Maximum vacuum flow of 416 l/min
with a final vacuum level of 100mbar(a). Complete with
internal silencer and vacuum gauge.
|
 |
|
|
|
Four Stage Venturi
Generators - These
units have a four stage venturi. The same design as the
three stage units but with an even higher vacuum air flow.
Maximum vacuum flow of 1483 l/min with a final vacuum level
of 100mbar(a). Complete with external silencer and pressure
and vacuum gauges.
|
 |
|
|
|
Modular Venturi
Generators - These
units, unique in their design offer the user a remarkable vacuum
air flow rate of up to 11000 l/min with a final vacuum level
of 100mbar(a). The ejector layers are modular in their
construction. Therefore the more layers assembled, the
higher the vacuum flow. Complete with silencers and pressure
and vacuum gauges.

Venturi Conveyor
- These
venturi units are able to transfer product such as powders,
granulated products, sawdust, corn, metal swarf or liquids straight
through the body of the unit without the need for filtration
or bypass devices. Flow rates of up to 3350 l/min which
is fully adjustable.
|
 |
|
|
| Venturi
Jet - Similar
in design to the above Conveyor units these venturi are designed
for large particulates and volumes. Maximum lift height
of 1metre compared to the the above Conveyor units lift capacity
of 7.5 metres. |
 |
|
Venturi
Pump Stations - These
vacuum generator pumpsets consist of a vacuum venturi, vacuum
vessel and all necessary control equipment to operate in an
automatic mode. The venturi will only operate when the vacuum
level in the vessel falls below a preset point which is adjustable.
This method of vacuum generation minimises on compressed air
cost and offers the user maximum performance coupled with reliability.
