30 Series -
This range of valves operate using
a pneumatic pilot and a spring return. Pressure of up
to 8bar(g) is applied to the pilot port of the valve (1/8"BSP).
The valve will then change position. When the pilot pressure
is relieved a strong steel spring will return the valve to it's
original position. These valves are manufactured from
a solid Aluminium billet (anodised) and a stainless steel spool.
Over sized orifices are standard on these valves for maximum
flow performance. Port sizes up to 1"BSP.

16 Series (3/2)
& 20 Series (2/2) - These
valves are direct acting with a solenoid. When power is
applied to the solenoid via a coil (supplied) the valve will
change position. When power is removed from the coil the
internal spring will return the valve to it's original position.
Over sized orifices are standard on these valves for maximum
flow performance. Port sizes up to 2"BSP(2/2) and
1/2"BSP (3/2).

10 Series -
These valves are solenoid / spring
return. The valve requires a continuous pneumatic pressure
on the pilot port to operate. When power is applied to
the solenoid via a coil (supplied) the pneumatic pilot changes
the spool position. When power is removed from the coil
the internal spring will return the spool to it's original position.
Over sized orifices are standard on these valves for maximum
flow performance. Port Sizes up to 2" BSP.

 |
50 Series -
These valves are the same as the 10
series above but have two solenoids instead of one. This
safety feature means that the valve has to receive a positive
signal to either of the solenoids for the valve to change position.
This feature is paramount in material lifting applications.
Over sized orifices are standard on these valves for maximum
flow performance. Ports sizes up to 2"BSP.

 |
40 Series -
These valves are servo assisted by
means of using the differential pressure between the vacuum
pump line and atmosphere to change the internal diaphragm position.
Like the other valves the have over sized orifices for maximum
flow performance but do not require an external pneumatic pilot
like the 10 and 50 series valves to operate. Port sizes
up to 2"BSP.
|
 |
DDN Series -
These valves are for vacuum/pressure applications such as autoclaves
and other curing processes. They are able to take both
full vacuum and up to 3bar(g) pressure. Ports sizes up
to 1"BSP.

Vacuum Check
Valves - Unlike pressure check valves
these units have a very low 'break' pressure to ensure accurate
and reliable operation in vacuum systems. Port sizes
up to 2"BSP.
|
 |
14 Series -
The self closing valves are used in
vacuum cup systems where numerous cups are being used to pick
up a load. If one or more of the cups do not seal against
the load to be lifted the self closing valve will close enabling
the rest of the vacuum cups to gain full vacuum. Essential
in numerous vacuum cup applications. |
