This unique design enables the
vacuum user a foolproof methods of vacuum clamping in wet environments
such as glass and marble production. The assembly consists
of a suitably sized vacuum venturi, a transparent bowl up to 38
litres in capacity and a pneumatic valve arrangement to allow automatic
charging of the vessel. When the liquid reaches a certain
level in the vessel an electrical contact switch makes a circuit
enabling an alarm system to activate to warn the operator.
This system removes the concerns and problems involved in wet vacuum
applications.
